This report highlights Alberta as the most affordable province in all of Canada. Home buyers and sellers always need to remember, that average incomes, job stability and growth, supply and demand factors all influence average prices. With all of Canadians being offered the same interest rates, the difference in affordability is price for the home and average incomes. Alberta was ranked the most affordable in Canada prior to the previous boom in prices in the early 2000s. What do you think will happen to prices this time around?
